What underlays you using for Engineered wood & Laminate So you always use high end or do you have a cheap one too. I've been using Timbertech2 silver plus. 10m2 roll. It's quite good but can rip easy.
Depends on the job really. Eco felt can be handy with laminates in the right circumstances. Timbermate xl is a good all round choice also
Speaking to a old boy joiner last week. He was a nice bloke to be fair and I decent wood fitter. He said you shouldn't use a underlay with foil on like Timbertech , timbermate over floorboards or chipboard. As it can make wood sweat. Anyone heard this before? On tapatalk HD
I class them as middle ranges I mean around the £10 a roll, pack mark. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Used the own brand foam ones from headlam a few times. Very similar to the branded quickstep ones Sent from my SM-G900F using Tapatalk
We have been using the q&a one at the moment. Have to keep the windows closed, or it will blow away !
Delta in Leeds do the best budget polyfoam, combi plus, like the old quickstep green barrier dare I say it ? Even better imho I use it all he time for laminates, it's better than the headlam green barrier.
Haha Cfs day a proper shite one. They told me it was similar to timbermate. Matty had 4 rolls of it in one hand! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
