    Hi,

We’ve just moved in and we’re in the process of taking carpets up to get ready to install a water ufh system. We’ve just discovered under the carpets that the original floor is parquet. It has been suggested that we should sell it? My question is does anyone here think it’s worth doing?

I have attached a photo of the parquet. The blocks are about 50mm by 150mm and around 8mm thick. Any idea what species this is?

Can’t see the pic but every time we lift parquet we sell it on eBay for £100-£150

Stick it on Ebay, you could even ask the buyer to remove it. I bought some stuff and had to remove it previously.
