Looked at a job lastnight in a bungalow where the customer has put a bostik damp proofer and waterproofer over her entire ground floor and had fball 1500 poured all over it. Problem now is it absolutely wreaks of rotten eggs, smell doesn't seem to be going away. It's been down 6 weeks and wants me so fit engineered wood over it but with the smell so bad I don't want to fit it yet.

    Anyone has any experience?
I asked her about who laid the screed and if the bags were within date and she said her brothers mate got them from a suppliers who I also use so no telling but likey in date.

Is there anything that could be put down over it such as a primer or whatever to stop the smell so bad?
    I'm stumped!

I'd call the FBall technical and see what they say.

Sounds out of date that. Had that before.

I said same to her. Had it with some bag and bottle mix many years ago.
    Does it ever go away?
