Which do you use to test moisture levels? I have to stop relying on reps to test floors out. CMEX5 shows 'relative humility' also but I'm not sure...
After a wee bit more research I've decided to buy the Tramex CMEX5, will update after a few months of use.

looks like floorboards half of it. ply>feather that half and dpm 1200 if moisture issue. Id latex over the ply also but alot would only goto ply.
Could use 1200 so no need for ply. Sandwich dpm i think be best. End product matters
