Love Uzin adheisves - 2000S and 66 are the bees knees. Screeds are ok - but not worth the money imo. I use Ardex screeds

Mainly hook although I have been known to backcut with a straight. Tend not to remodel the skirtings like some of these cowboys do....

I’ve used both uzin and balls 49 adhesives and they are both very good imo. Didn’t think uzins could be used in a wet room tho.....? Used balls...
As far as I’m aware, gyvlon make anhydrite screeds only so i would be defo treat as an anhydrite.
