Because it works? As long as you prime the floor 1st it's not a problem! I also use Pink Grip as well which sets solid in 10-15mins
Floowise one was a joke! It expanded when dried and lifted the gripper off the floor lol
hot melt isn't crap! Use it all the time on smooth concrete floors if they can't be nailed and pink grip on rougher surfaces which is excellent.
