What date was the main screed laid ? Was the underfloor heating then switched on for 30 days? Did the floorlayer do a moisture test ?

What strips are they ? Can you post some pictures ? Do you have a spare pack of them left over ? For Van Gogh the strips should be 3mm depth

Brush copydex on each joint. You be better using a heat seamer to do the join.
