I wouldn’t Uzin KE49 would be best or f48 plus
Yeah the salesman is spot on. Can’t stand click so we don’t sell it.
Skirtings on top is easier to fit. We prime the ply if it’s not clean.
We get as much off as poss with the spatula then use the exacto to trim it down more.
If it’s like the furlong gear we laid a few months ago yeah it was crap and needed more underlay
Fitting would be approx £500
I’d go with some 12mm laminate over it.
Kitchen in 1st I’d say.
Skim coat ardex na on whole floor or over the bitumin Ardex DPM1c Ardex na at 4mm to whole area
Find out what it is and we can give the best advice
If it’s not magnesite then should be ok with ardex na Ardex DPM1c Ardex na
It can be used commercially and won’t wear out but yes all LVT and wood can Scratch.
What’s the sub floor under the plywood. But yes take up the plywood and reply with SP101 plywood
Who said it was scratch proof? Yes you can change planks in most cases as long as the prep has been done properly
No Karndean HT adhesive is Uzin KE66 which is great. Fball F48 plus is what we use.
Better to Use HT adhesive
Defo not your fault. It’s the fella who can’t fit a fan correctly
I’ve not but I’m sure most builders have.
