i.e. protecting the floor is cheaper than going back to sand/seal again.... which is the other option!
Nope its not breathable..... but it provides excellent protection.... so i just drill loads of holes in it, 4-5mm diameter, approx 100mm centres. ;)
I've always used a 2 part epoxy in the past, But tried creom on last job, following Matts recommendation. ( so if it fails Matt... I'll be calling...
if there's other trades going in on a floor i've finished I advise laying corex (not sure thats spelt correctly) its basically corrugated 3-4mm...
