Go over the floor with d-greaser. You can buy it at screw fix. Then a grit primer before latex
Colour be a rebrand of moduleo
Could be water migration. Left the Matt off the floor for a few days and see if it changes colour.
Yeah glue down all the way
In the uk the main ones are ardex , fball , uzin. not sure outside the uk though
I’ve always had to grind it to open them up. Don’t think a copper disc will do anything but scratch the floor We did a few warehouse years back...
You be best asking on the ceramic tile forums as well. Most of us are vinyl / carpet / wood flooring guys on here.
You won’t get consistent reading as the sub floor is breathing. Does need the NA Dpm sandwich.
£250 for 6 sheets of plywood expensive ? Bang on the money that for sp101
£4236 inc vat if straight lay fitting
It's also worth noting that Karndean flooring is known for its durability and resistance to water and scratches. no it’s not
You will be fine. Even if the tiles have asbestos in them it’s a very low amount.
Should be ok as it’s moisture tolerant new build if the screed is ok you could go 2 coats of uzin PE404 then grit primer & ardex CL
Moduleo make a filler. https://www.moduleo.com/en-gb/practical/accessories/joint-sealant
It needed. Just prime the plywood if going over. feather is mostly used when gluing LVT down
Won’t need to feather is if putting a smoothing compound on top. Is it unlevel ? You shouldn’t need to screed cover the ply at all if it’s flat.
yeah loved it. Played both the games and it’s done them justice.
Few others I’ve watched king Gary Motherland
Which dryback and which duralay ? Do you mean dryback LVT ?
