    You will be fine with F44. We usually use f3 to glue it down and f46 on top.

    For me I’d be grinding all the adhesive off then ardex DPM1c or if the sub floor has a dpm maybe 2-3 coats of Uzin PE404 Then Uzin Gold but if...
