same here, laid a few of the pads minus the electrical. Done one the start of this year, customer wanted there carpet laid straight on the wiring....

The trap should have already been put in place from a plumber prior to you doing the flooring mate . I wouldnt mess around with traps and drains....
I always use plastic sheet under every floating install over concrete/stone, better be safe....
shouldnt think you will have any problems with moisture, if your gonna float it with a sheet dpm. Overlap,tape and take it up the skirt/wall.
yeah, like merit says you sometimes see the join on super thin carpets when there is a lot of natural light. Is there a cure?
Yeah would think so, the area i lifted was about 7m * 5m, 3' strips and heat seamed every join. Must have been a sh*t load of tape. :lol:
try clear silicone, but tack it in spots with mitre fast so the silicone can dry. Or use end moldings/flat bead and stick to flooring.
