I find plastic miles better than metal collated. With the metal I always find that it leaves sharp edges by the head of the nail. No jamming...
Most suppliers that I use stock plastic collated 19mm. C&F & STS defiantly do. For other sizes you buy direct from Spotnails with next day delivery.

I find rollers a waste of time. Cork boards are better. You could try double drop, or just let the 44 go taki, and see how you find it.
