I am interested in that, see a big market for renovating Lino and then uv curing the PU coating, doing a paid job next week rather than a sample, 500m2 strip, clean and uv coat, touch wood it will go well! The sample worked very well so I can't see a problem
As I see it, you lay the floor and hopefully the customer will come back to you when it needs replacing a few years down the line. What happens until then, nothing, it gets somewhat cleaned or left. I always think if you can get the customer to have a maintanence plan in place this helps the life span of the material and also generate work too, and when it's worn out ( it shouldn't if you have looked after it ) you're already there to price and replace it. Wood floor sanders will appreciate this as most will scrub and reseal these. I know of a few that won't do it, they are now asking me how it's done as alot of floors aren't being sanded back but the customer just wants it cleaned and resealed (no money in the kitty for a full sand).
