    Hello,
I'd really value some expert advice please.

I'm shortly going to be buying a new floor to run throughout the ground floor of my house and it will have to retain it's looks for many years. I've reluctantly taken up a laminate floor which was laid 20 years ago & still looks fantastic today (extension meant I can't match it up so that's why it's had to go). Essentially I'm looking to replace with a floor which has the same hardwearing properties over a long period of time and I'm wondering if someone can advise who has had experience of seeing how various floor makes (see list below) perform over the long-term.
The floor will have normal domestic footfall and also a dog is in the home.
    Thank you....:)

    - Polyflor
    - Quickstep
    - Kardean
    - Amtico

If you were happy with laminate, you could consider going for laminate again, i'd recommend quickstep, it should be good for the next 20years

As Paul said. Can’t go wrong with quickstep. Impressive and signature look like real wood
