No small section of new screed 2m2 max
We don't have ufh just heating pipes that run through the screed.

Was left 2 weeks before latex and amtico went down

2 weeks on a 50mm area of screed, that’s not dry in a million years rule of thumb is roughly 1mm a day up to 50mm and Rh% reading should have been taken 4 weeks after it went down at minimum.

Ahh right I've read it wrong, I thought you meant it's had a latex screed ontop of existing 50mm slab.

So the 50mm slab was laid fresh/new slab ontop of a dpm?

Then 2 weeks later it was screeded??

As Tarkett said, no where near dry

So 2m2 of 50mm screed was laid as a repair in the slab, the whole area was then latexed around 2 weeks later.

Seems a lot of water from the drying of the screed? Also would the seeps not only appear in the area of the floor repair?

It could be dry, if A38 or similar was used.

Sorry my bad, I have an habit of skim reading whilst at work.
I thought you meant a New 50mm slab was laid over the entire area then screeded. So it just a small section that had been dug out and replaced with the 50mm where the leak was found.

We were asked to complete some repairs, on a new build project. There was insufficient sound proofing on 2 sq. m areas in a few plots. We broke out the 50mm screed, applied yellow foam, and 50mm A38 screed.
    Next day latex.
Amtico fitted next day, no issues.
Just to say this type of repair can be completed quickly, if the right materials are used.
