Hi All, not sure if this will make sense but perhaps you can help! Assume we have an 8 sqm groundfloor room in a c1900 mid-terrace that has extensive rot to the suspended floor due to water ingress. Assume issues with the related leak were resolved separately and we're looking to repair/replace the floor. There is a concrete base, so we'd look to add liquid dpm and replace the decayed timbers, floor boards, etc. What sort of cost are we looking at here? Very ballpark, very approximate estimate would already be super helpful as a starting point.
