A decoupling mat you say........ I’d grit primer and Chuck a gypsum over it, most gypsums are 30N and stress free.

 

Yes gypsum is decent. Again no moisture near it tho

We do a moisture tolerant water based screed tbf

 

So do most bit for some reason we don’t get it on the shelf in the flooring trade?

Inspire is basically the Platinum showroom package with bells, whistles, and shiny bits on... It's very much a "hey, we paid £xx,xxx+ on a Karndean interactive showroom". So, it's everything they do, plus interactive touchscreen table type things and the old style play/sample table (and i'm guessing, the product at much more preferable rates). Closest ones oop norf are either Oldham or way over the border in Hamilton.
