No, We are an agency that specialise in Flooring Roles on a Permanent basis (Carpet Roles UK) and as an add on service to our clients we also offer Temporary hire of Fitters and layers. What it does for Fitters is offer an opportunity to fill up odd days in their diary that otherwise they wouldn't be working on. All fitters set their own rates, so there is no "Skim" as you put it, we supply high end clients who are happy to pay a premium for our services and also to some who like to take advantage of our longer payment terms and don't necessarily have the funds to pay the fitters the following week, which we can. I am sure you will see a reason this is not a great idea, some people will always look for the fault in an otherwise simple proposition, its not for you, that's fine. Bottom Line, We are an agent, We can introduce you to more work, we pay you weekly, we offer extended Terms to the End User clients so will be getting more and more work as this develops. And on the Telephone Number being Premium Rate.. It's just a National Number rate of 7p a minute I believe.
