Compressors & coil nailers

    just can't be arsed carting one round and maintaining one.

    Well if I can ask again, anyone reccomend a suitable compressor for a coil nailer and occasionall sprayer?If you can stick to the question asked I'd be much obliged.

    Matt and Tarkett85 has responded to your question.
    My reply would be get a 3hp and one that has low db
    try putting (compressors) into the search and see if there are any other threads, i'm sure there will be.

    2hp will give 7cfm and 3hp will give you 10.5cfm

    Almost all professionals use brushes for varnish. Use roll and tip and put on light coats until you get the hang of it. Might help to use a foam brush in the beginning.

    Thanks for the info, I've been laying/varnishing floors for the best part of 45 years so I'm not quite a novice

    We use water base/spirit/ acrylic, but not always sprayed.If we have time it goes on by applicator.

    We use Junckers products, mostly for contract work ,domestic, a local company can supply us.It all depends on client preference and most importantly cost!

    Are you sure about the SpotNails compressors being made in China, Daz?

    Not had any problems with mine, touch wood, although I have now put a pair of ear defenders in the box!

    Will take a picture of the certificate in mine on Monday. Funny how years ago never any problems and now lads.
    Wirral carpets had 3 of them and all of them went back
