we generally dont do fit only jobs, 99% of the time is a supply and fit, then at least we know what the product is, how it's been kept this is the only way we guarantee our work.
Who said we fitted that floor? We never do fit only (expect during renovation/sanding projects when a few blocks etc are missing). Like you, we only guarantee the installation of new wooden floors (floorboards) when we supply the materials too. 999 out of the 1000 times that's a show-stopper for anyone asking.
Sorry misunderstood, but we don't sell any ''cheap offer'' floors only 1st's, supplying junckers, bausen, kahrs, quickstep, haro, kersaint cobb. In fact I can't find any supply for cheapies they've just dropped off the face of the planet, not worth fitting if we can't guarantee our work though.
I know but that was not the discussion ;-) Sometimes you have to resort to Elastilon to get the best result when you can't glue to the underfloor which can't be correctly prepared without causing height increase or extra extraordinary costs.
