Does anyone use this? I have used it myself but only occasionally, it's re usable which is a huge bonus.

Has anyone used it as opposed to a f77 or f76 for example?

    It’s a moisture suppressant not a DPM like f77
    So not comparable

So I think my question is.. if it's not going to stop moisture, what is it used for?

Depends what the RH readings are when you test the floor

If I had a floor reading 85%RH say.. according to fball this would suppress the moisture enough to not make the floor fail..

Yes but if your readings are high you need to use an exopy DPM
It’s says up to 95%rh for F78 but If I was getting readings over 90 I’d still be using an epoxy as readings can fluctuate with air humidity as well So a reading one week at 90 could be 98 the next week
    Better safe than sorry

It’s been out a while mate

If your after a reusable resealable DPM try Uzin 404 polyurethane DPM
2 coats are as affective as an Epoxy and each coat dries and can be primed and screeded after 1 hour so less down time

I don't even know if they've tested the RH or not. I hope they're testing these new builds i've been doing. The size of these houses! must be worth 500,000 or more :s

They probably haven’t figured out what the subfloors made out of

reading all this stuff about anhydrite being used commonly with UFH which these houses have, is not making me sleep well

Lol. It’s fine. The shop I use to work for just epoxy dpm it and NA over it and cracked on lol. Even the builders didn’t know what the subfloor was. Joke really but the engineered wood still stuck better than the gripper rods!

It’s not the adhesive that’s the problem on Anhydrite it’s the screed

Don't put your name on it if it's not going to be done properly.
