    Hi all,

After some issues with a QuickStep Livyn Pulse fitting, looking to fit QuickStep laminate myself, as what put me off (removing skirting), apparently shouldn't be an issue.

Looking to fit the new Quick-Step Impressive Natural Oak Planks IM3106 which is 8mm thick.

Can you recommend a good saw/tool to cut this with?
I'll need to make some angled cuts as I have a triangular cupboard and one angled wall.

Underlay and fitting recommendations would be much appreciated too.

Was going to use the quickstep saw for undercutting the architraves unless something else is recommended over that.

And will need to remove skirtings as well, so would be great to know the best tools for that job too.

    Thanks very much,

    Prot

Good old fashioned handsaw, drill with speedbit and a coping saw will get you by on most jobs.

But if your like me and like your toys then you could use these tools in the pics. I also use the fein tool for undercutting door frame and architraves (dont have a pic on phone though :) ) believe it or not I sometimes work faster with just a hand saw and jigsaw lol
