Good morning! I have recently moved into a new house, and the whole of the ground floor is tiled - they’re stone-cold; especially this time of the year, and they’re not pretty tiles either. I want to lay some vinyl laminate down over it because I’m extremely reluctant to get them all up: it’s relatively large house and I just know it wouldn’t be an easy job. My main question is can anybody offer any advice on how best to insulate before I lay anything new down? Also, any other help/guidance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
