I'd go with Stopgap 800 using the sealer to create a smooth glossy (but not slippy) finish.

Alright guys went out and had a look at it and floor is a bit of a mess, floor is out by 30 odd mil in places, spillages, no DPM and old concrete and tar patches that are coming up easy (been put on top of original pour and not bonded) so thinking big grinder with vacuum get all crap off and smoother and the prime and Ball 200 over the top?

Have a look at watco, think its called flowtop perfect for naff garage floors. Could you use a primer on that floor or is it too damp??

Are you going to level it or just smooth it?
