Happy customer with bad fitting/prep!!!!

I don't know Matt. To be quite honest looking at his fitting his prep work isn't going to be any better. I'll talk to her tomorrow and put suggestion for that i could remedy it for her if she wanted.

 

Well i finished the job and the customer is over the moon. Had to key into existing floor and match the feature area to the one in the other room so hence its not centred./ATTACH]

Nice work although the "rug" looks odd (I know customer spec's).

Did you broach them about fixing the rest of it ? Or did they see the difference ?

 

She has one in the other room which i was joining into. It had to be there as she wanted inline with the other one.

 

and your right it does look odd. Tried to talk her out of it but obviously I didn't succeed.

 

I did brooch her about fixing it but she thinks it would be to much of an upheaval. She did see the difference.
