job pricing ?

hi just done a job in an apartment third floor no lift, hallway 13 sqr mts uplift and removal of carpets , 8 doorways ,6 zig zag, 1 sticky ramp edge 1 sticky flat,
van gogh on 45 with 3mm insert round the edge with compass motiff in middle. ide put a pic on but can`t do it somehow ?,just wondering what you would charge for this , ive worked at the same shop for 18 years and think there taking the pee a bit thanks

To be honest it’s about right as a subbie rate for 2 days. I’ve been a subbie and now have a shop and still fit.

It’s hard for shops to price up at a high rate to win jobs. Labour for that for a shop price would be £450-500 so paying a fitter £385 is correct. Maybe £400.

I’d just priced a job in accordance with a local fitter, 28sq kitchen straight lay tiles with strips, fit only at £16sq, just under £500 for 2 days, fair price imo.
