LVT failure

    Here's a few pics of a failed installation I've uplifted today done by another firm.
    You should be able to identify the problems from these pics ?

    The first problem I see is here is trying to fit that uplift in the customers family saloon to take to the friendly recycling centre .
    The 2nd problem is that your crowbar is too big for most toolboxes
