Need a new tool bag,for carpet fitting, don,t want a massive thing, had a nice Roberts one with lots of pockets but it split and they don't make them any more....any suggestions ? seen the janser one but looks a bit large ?
I had a Stanley 18" tote bag for a few years. Always struggled to get stretcher in. Just changed to a 24" £20 one.
I have the janser bag. Was disappointed to be honest. Not made as a Floorlayer bag which I thought it was. The pockets on outside don't take boxes of blades which the Stanley fatmax does. Also loads of spare for screwdrivers so more for a spark.
Picked this one up last week as I needed one there and then http://www.diy.com/nav/fix/tool-storage-workbenches/tool-bags/JCB-500mm-Open-Tote-11247785 Loads more space than my old stanley bag and you'll easily fit a stretcher in there
I have one but use it more for fluffy fitting than anything else. Holds gripper shears, awls etc round the side pockets so works well for that.
