old customer new floor

I bumped into a customer who We fitted a kitchen, diner, toilet, utility and hallway in knight plank a couple of years ago and still loved the floor but after seeing what we were laying all of a sudden didn't really like his floor so a quick sos call to rep for a quick delivery of tiles his floor was changed. A few pics of old to new floor

 

Maybe able to change a floor but I still can't put pics on the correct way up

it certainly is customer is over the moon with it

 

Did old one come up ok. Did you just feather the adhesive then lay new floor

 

old tiles came up ok really with scrapper using blunt scrapper blades took about 4 hours with 2 of us to get it all up a quick re pin with compressor then mapei renovation over the lot
