Price per M² for carpet and vinyl (domestic)

As above really guys I'm starting up for myself and want to know roughly what to charge, I've been in the trade 28+ years but on a weekly wage by my employer.

 

I'm charging £4-50sqm

 

Thanks mate, and is that with grips and underlay or felt back straight down? Or the vinyl price? Cheers

 

That's including fitting gripper and underlay, same price for vinyl

 

Sweet, and 3 quid M² for feltback with no grips or underlay? I'm thinking £1 more for uplift of old carpet? Then a flat rate for disposal
