A few problems I see. These are only my views. As i think you know, Ive tried to get guys from this forum and its been very difficult as the guys who i think are producing good work are booked pretty far ahead and can't be very flexible if the job has any issues with the start date. So the problems I see are. 1-Getting this team together so they are all free from their own work and commitments at the same time. 2- getting people from your list who all work the same way, standards, speed, so the job runs smoothly 3-someone who prices the job may have different ideas of what can get done in a day compared with the guys who actually turn up to do it. 4-if someone takes a cut for getting the job, someone to manage it, what would be left for the fitters? Could you not sub all these jobs you get asked about to someone on here who already has a team of guys who would take it all on, measure, price, and travel for the jobs. You just get a % from that firm with no hassle.
