Quick step laminate

    You should NEVER fit kitchens on top of floating floors the weight anchors the floor in that area creating different expansion rates on the same floor eventually they all fail

    Distinctive have fibreglass but we still say allow 2mm and that 2mm would be sufficient upto 10lm in either direction. The only thing to bear in mind is the product is stable upto 28 degrees, anything over that, the floor will expand to much more than 2mm...the answer...avoid hot spots such as conservatories. I know of another company that say you can fit it net up to 20sq...this will fail when we have a week of summer!!
