Screed drying

    Ardex K11 over flat ceramics on concrete. Neat primer then the screed. I've done this a few times with no problems with drying even though there's no porosity in the tiles. It was showing signs of drying so I'm leaving it another couple of days.

    the odd 'duff' bag does slip through sometimes also.

    This can happen when they are changing mixes on a machine from say a latex mix to a water based mix.

    The air humidity was/is quite high this week - compared with the week before, could have had something to do with it?

    tell me about it,arditex na goes off quick but it seem to be going off before I could get it out of the bucket.. :evil:

    I had a weriod one today, one product set almost instant and the other took ages. Both used in the same place.

    I noticed that too. I did three domestic jobs this week and all had to be left 48 hours in the end which was a first over the "summer". I guess I'd got used to fitting the following day after latexing.
