Its arrived....have a couple of questions, 1 on scanning mode do you hold this flat as I notice on the newer models you tilt the front 2 when i scan with theres no numbers in the lcd is that right ( look on piccy) the prongs give a reading 3 does anyone have the instructions, as I can only find them for the newer models on the internet Thanks in advance
yes hold it flat. Scan mode only works the lights on the side. Red= wet , orange = caution , green = dry (ignore numbers on the new one they dont read in any BS standard anyway. ) The pins should give you a number for when reading wood.
