dont use a power stretcher so anything under 5lm stretch and fit,anything over double stretch.
Yes cut in as i go along but only when double stretched, other than that strecth evrything on then go round cut and tuck in with awl.

Sidney, you need to run a scan with ccleaner. Once you've got rid of a load of junk files you can then run malwarebytes to make sure your computer is almost clean. See what problems you have remaining after that
