    Hi all,
    The situation is this.
    Need to level out a 3mtr x 2mtr workshop. the floor dips in the middle a little, 3-4mm.
    the question I have is this.
    As per the norm, loads of advice from people who aren't in the profession.
    I have 3 x 25kg bags of Mapei Ultra plan 3240.
    Roll of Industrial rubber flooring 3mm thick.(to go on top of screed)

    Should I add the Mapei Liquid Latex to the mixing??
    If No, Why? (mainly for personal knowledge)
    If Yes, What are the benefits? (fairly heavy machinery being installed. Mid-level Milling machine, Lathe and a small Surface Planer)

    Thanks in advance

    Dont add latex You mix it with water
    You need to do a moisture test on the slab first before you do anything It may need a DPM

    @Spacey
    Thanks for getting back to me.
    A moisture test might be kinda redundant now as the whole thing has been sealed with deep penetration epoxy resin. It's water tight and I have also brushed a 2" wide rubber paint around the border to create a watertight seal and the outside has the bitumen paint sealant around the outside to seal it there. I love a bit of overkill :)
