And to be honest not all subbies are treated bad. Anyone who’s worked for me will be paid within 3 days. Also they get a good prices if they work to a good standard. Most subbies I know would not go cards in. I’ve asked 3 over the last year and they said they earn more being a subbie.
Slacker mine get paid on invoice. It's not my fault they don't keep on top of their paperwork.. In fact there's one particular culprit I actually chase the bugger for an invoice (go figure)
