We all know how bad it is, but, it works.
Thats why most, still use it.
Normally use F61, and ive not found anything that sticks as well yet.

If they banned F60 I'd just use PS done it a few times & works really good just like the F60 aroma !

i thought you put it on with the spreader on the wall and use the sponge to put a thin coat on the PVC,
only used it once or twice but they where in warm conditions,

I am surprised that i am not more brain dead, years ago we used to lay carpet on the ceilings at the BBC, in the studios over the air condition ducts to deaden the noise, had to be 100% wool for the flammability,(Stoddards Kingston comes to mind) so was really heavy and normally wilton or Axminster, we had to bend it up the sides.
we used the old F60/F61 NF and worked off step ladders, had to do two coats on the carpet because it soaked it all in, the windows were 2 inch thick glass and you couldn't open them, was high as a kite, air con turned off because once it went into another studio and made the presenter off his head.
we had to go out every 10 mins and get fresh air, but as soon as you walked back in a got a sniff we were all giggling again, the vapour is heavier than air so its not a good idea to crawl along the floor putting more on.
not sure if you have tried laying carpet on the ceiling but all the fluff falls in your eyes so had to wear full goggles and we tried an old gas mask, not sure if it was the adhesive or the way i looked which made me laugh so much.
couldn't do it now and i wouldn't want to or for any of my guys to. not sure if a water base would hold it, so would have to use full respirators, and extract the whole room now
