after 3 weeks i had to go round to see if he was ok, he answered the door and said i'm not coming back, i said why he said no particular reason, then closed the door....

 

3 weeks lazy ratbag, hope he didn't get paid. After 30 mins i'd have sacked him.

 

i think that was the time limit for him to either come back or call us, other than that we could let him go without any further pay

 

i had a female employee, she cried and said that she couldn't handle the male environment so i said if you feel that bad then just go home, she was entitled to the rest of the weeks money and her notice money just becuase i said she could go. I should have left her to cry or leave on her own accord
