I haven't made any claims yet, so as far as I know they are ok. I haven't made a claim for many years. Just so you know there are time constraints sending your proof of no claims off to them and a copy of your license, I think its 7 days, can't remeber as I done it last year. I think their head office is in Gibraltar (tax haven). I drove through Gib last year and I recived a text welcoming me to their insurance midway through my term was a bit spooky, thought they had some sort of number plate recognition.
