Mapei Latex plan trade seems really good as well hard as nails to sand down with a stone and nice flow characteristics easier to hand float than NA. How many peeps use a hand float or a pin level? I think a pin level is much more preferable over a large area over a half descent sub floor. Obvs float in a small area and pin roller is a must as is priming over every floor.

Mapei trade plan seems really good. I used it for the first time last week, good flow characteristics and hard as nails to sand down with a stone 3 days later for a feather edge up to previous floor for a cover strip.
