    Hi all
I need to buy a Moisture metre for testing subfloors prior to screeding and fitting Lvt,has anybody got one they could recommend
I’m looking at the tremex CMEXpert 2 concrete but it comes out quite pricey at £545 with extra probe for rh reading.
Has anyone used this one and know if it’s any good?

    Best out there imo.
Best keep eye on ebay and see if one comes up.

Anything that takes readings in Relative humidity either by hydrometer box or the probe method is suitable and to British standards

That one or a protimiter mms will do otherwise don't bother, only 2 that read in rh as far as I'm aware so the only 2 that can save your skin if it ever goes to court, charge customers to do moisture test but build into your price it's akin to a mechanic charging you for scanning your cars ecu before they fix it
