it was originally designed to strengthen poor concrete which it does very well. But it was soon discovered its a brilliant surface DPM also. As its absorbed by the concrete it actually turns the concrete itself into a surface DPM rather than a coat bonded to the top surface. It is made up from Polyurethane based products with a very low V.O.C content also
